What can I do if I forgot my password?
You need to click “Forgotten Password” button and answer your secret questions.
What can I do if I forgot my secret answer?
You need to create a new ERA account by using another personal email address.
What can I do if I got locked out after you failed to log in the system three times?
You need to create a new ERA account by using another personal email address. Therefore, do not wait until you fail to log in on the third time. Click “Forgotten Password” to move on to the secret questions.
Can I apply for many positions at the same time?
You can apply to as many as positions which you are qualified. You can also apply for any positions even though you are not selected for other positions previously. However, there are some restrictions which you must be aware of as following.
- Qualification Requirements: You must meet all requirements of the position to be considered for the consideration.
- Required Document: Different position may require different supporting document. Please also review your application packet before submit it. You may need to clarify your qualifications for each positon differently.
Can I make changes on my online application or add/remove supporting documents?
Yes and you should do it by the closing date. After the closing date, you cannot make any changes.
I change my mind and do not want to be considered for a position I applied. How can I withdraw my application?
Prior the closing date, you can withdraw application by clicking your Dashboard to view all positons that you have applied for and click withdraw application for the position you want.
How soon do I will be contacted from the Embassy for a position I have applied?
Due to many applications, we will only contact applicants who are selected for an interview. Please assume that the position is filled if you are not contacted within two months after the vacancy announcement is closing date.
